Crew 3:16 The Paterson Diocese Catholic Committee on Scouting sponors Venturing Crew 3:16. Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts of America for young men and women 14 -21 years of age. Venturing's purpose is to provide positive experiences to help young people mature and to prepare them to become responsible and caring adults. The youth of Crew 3:16 help to plan and staff our annual Retreat, Cub Scout Day of Reflection and Scout Sunday. Crew 3:16 is Youth ministering to Youth in the best Catholic traditions.
